but I am not sure if there are special Rules regarding that given that there are already special Rules for how the Senate handles Reconciliation.
I was trying to comb through this - https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R44058.pdf (PDF) and this - https://www.rules.senate.gov/rules-of-the-senate to see if there were any special motion vote thresholds dealing with reading something into the record with Reconciliation bills (vs their usual unanimously consenting that it was "read into the record" without actually doing so).
