Maybe North Carolina. Tim Ryan has indicated interest in Portman’s seat, and John Fetterman is running for Toomey’s seat—both strong candidates.

The Democrats running for Burr’s seat in NC seem to be mostly unknowns. The former governor, Republican Pat McCrory, has expressed interest, and his entry into the race could make this seat even more difficult for Democrats to win.
