Chief Judge Beryl Howell says there's overwhelming evidence Thomas Sibick "took the officer's badge, and kept it as a souvenir," calling it "egregious behavior," with "no sense of remorse." Sibick will be allowed to turn himself in, and will be transported to DC to stand trial.
