15. Will there be a red (rural) vs. blue (urban) divide on herd immunity?

Where people in cities will be vaccinated and life can safely resume, while red areas will be overrun with disease and death?

Then of course, there will need to be a "red state bailout" at some point for their damaged economies and health care systems.
