16. The great myth of the XL pipeline -- jobs when it is finished

Long term there will be about 50 permanent jobs at a couple of refineries including one in the plains states. So Texas is suing over a potential 30 jobs. Seems like all the money spent on this could have created more jobs by fixing bridges or more importantly in Texas, regulating and upgrading their electrical power grid.
