He knows he's sitting in the catbird seat, and that he can do whatever he wants for any reason he wants -- or no reason at all. He might have been beaten up on the playground as a kid and now he's getting revenge. Who knows what's going through his mind. All we know is he has the power to sabotage Biden's entire agenda, and thus the well-being of the entire population of the United States. How many people are going to die because of this asshole's intransigence?
