2. What's with the Senate not yet approving Biden's USPS Board nominees?

Given all the damage DeJoy is trying to cause before he gets the boot, it would seem rather important to get those three nominees confirmed ASAP. The Senate prioritized the Rescue bill, but that passed more than a week ago. They should not need weeks of hearings to get these three confirmed.
