No -- the bastard committed cold-blooded murder.

I'm sick of this "accident" or "screw-up" excuse every time a cop kills an unarmed person (oh, sorry, make that "an unarmed BLACK person" in virtually every case). If you claim to be worthy of being able to carry firearms to protect the public, you deserve to be held fully-accountable for your actions, not hide behind a feeble "oops...my bad" rationalization.
