Britain is screwed on this issue. Britain wants the fishing rights so they can lease them out to private entities (Like in Wales where nearly the entire set of fishing licenses is assigned to a single giant trawler) - And there is no longer an effective British fishing fleet. Such is the conundrum of Brexit.

Meanwhile the title tax haven islands which geographically should actually be French territory will continuously be the focus of French grandstanding on their fishing rights. This will get out of hand and people will be harmed.

Here in the middle of England, we still get fish shipped in daily - but I expect it will get gradually more expensive.
