Acting like frat boys/hedgefunders-- cocaine and strippers and underaged girls and paying for sex and plying teens with drugs and bragging about it and sharing the women with your bros and showing your congressional colleagues the nude pics on your phone...

And no one stopped them. None of the GOP congressmen (I presume men, but maybe Greene was salivating on the phone too) stopped him from showing nude pics on the floor of Congress. No one said, "That's completely wrong, and I'm going to let people know what a dick you are."

None.

The conspiracy of male privilege-- we've seen it over and over. They are so good at tolerating each other, at laughing and shrugging, and envying and cheering on the endless toxic adolescence of careless "dudes" who hurt and break and are rewarded for it.
