I have a friend who has worked at Walmart for over 15 years. He has Asperger's, has a hard time looking at people in the eye, but he works his ass off keeping his department stocked. When it was time to take his vacation, they asked him to postpone it until they could hire more help. He said no way. Did they offer him $$$ to postpone his vacation? Nope.
