First two rings one inside the other. Razor wire on the top. ELECTRIC with high volts low amps on the inside ring with lots, of warning signs.
WARNING Electric fence that will knock you on your ass.
WARNING anyone in the ring between the two fences will be charged with federal crimes carry a minimum of 5 years in federal prison.
Assume for the worst then prepare for it.
