6. Much of the info is already public record

EXCEPT the Social Security number (last 4 digits, where up until a decade ago, you could piece it together to get the first 5 because the numbering was assigned by "region/group" but now it is randomized). And I don't think the Driver's License numbers are "public records" either.

The (D) State AG already noted that when the subpoenas first went out -
