25. Can you explain "expose themselves to cross suits", please?

Because I've never heard anyone yet say there would be any repercussions for anyone suing under this unjust law. What "cross suit" are you saying could happen? "Mental anguish" turns up in personal injury cases, but this isn't one of those.
