And the poll books are public information. It's kind of difficult to extrapolate one person's vote out of a whole. We already know by turnout and results where the conservative areas are (rural/village/small town) and the liberal areas are (urban/big city). They were excellent at gerrymandering in 2012. They don't need this to gerrymander for 2022.

What this does do is a) put at risk the jobs of good Democratic and Republican county clerks whose results can be threatened by this RWNJ ballot witch hunt so they can be replaced by hacks in Spring 2022 elections and b) call into question all results from now on.
