"Facebook is having technical problems. Many users are unable to connect."
It's subtle, but it's kind of a standard Republican-values gambit to shift blame on to others.
TFG did it all the time. He claimed ownership of everything "good" that happened, and always always always blamed others for the bad shit he caused. It's the Republican playbook, and it is slimey.
