is that Janssen (J&J) submitted data with very small sample sizes but did do small, overlapping studies of 2 months after initial dose, and I think 3 months, and then 6 months.

Yeah the Moderna (and Pfizer) "full dose" (3rd in a series) EUA was approved back in August
