(42,862 posts)5. Many seem to believe that anything short of life in prison or the death sentence is too lenient...
... I doubt that anything the judge did would satisfy those who are demanding their pound of flesh. But I trust that the judge is making the best decisions possible based on the evidence and circumstances.

I don't think it's the Judge's fault. DOJ is drastically under-charging these felons.

They can do NOTHING for 5 YEARS to break this probation or it is automatically a jailable felony.
