They attacked the fucking Capital of the USA Jackie. No sympathy or shits given.
No arguments there.
EVERY ONE of them knew what they were doing was gravely wrong.
They certainly did.
I'm done giving the Muellers and the Garlands and the Wrays of the American Justice System big sympathetic breaks.
Nobody is doing that. But demanding extrajudicial punishment makes zero sense. Acting as if the prosecutors and judges are "corrupt" or overly lenient because they're not doing that is equally absurd.
No amount of brow beating from any poser here will change that.
That's not a nice thing to say, ChinMusic.
Goodbye.

I don't think it's the Judge's fault. DOJ is drastically under-charging these felons.

Many seem to believe that anything short of life in prison or the death sentence is too lenient...

They can do NOTHING for 5 YEARS to break this probation or it is automatically a jailable felony.

Fine. Then the system's broken and just won't tell the rest of us. Unenforced law is no law at all.

What was the evidence that the prosecutors had? What were the conditions of the plea deal?

They were part of a mob that was chanting "Hang Mike Pence" as they invaded.

How do we know that they were chanting that? Is that what they were charged with?

I think it actually is, they were not properly charged with disruption of Congress
