coincidence or does this border "crisis", most likely manufactured, have any connection to Putin's continued attempts to destabilize and possibly invade Ukraine?

Putin's best buddy in the whole world is the president, oh um...dictator of Belarus. Is he taking orders from Vlad? Is the motive to destabilize the whole region so Vlad can make his move on Ukraine?
