8. Do Wisconsin Amish use lights on their buggies?

Here in NE Ohio they finally decided about 20 years ago that tail lights were lifesavers. The churches all got together and opted for SMV placards and red tail lights and even turn signals on some. There are still fatal mishaps now and then, but it's so much better now.
