I'm positive she doesn't view Joe Biden as the enemy, but she hasn't yet got the maturity and knowledge of the US political system to understand the hurdles Joe Biden faces. Me, I'd be handing out some praise for what the US govt is trying to do and organising some Extinction Rebellion protests aimed fairly and squarely at Manchin. But she's narrowly focused on the climate crisis and wants it addressed, but doesn't understand yet how to work with allies like Biden to get them across the line. Though, to be honest, with the filibuster thing and Manchin and all those hurdles, I don't think there's anything Biden can personally do to change much right now seeing as how even introducing voting rights legislation to protect democracy is a massive uphill battle
