It seems to me that that program can be tampered with also.......??????.............
Hand counting by a Republican and Democrat both examining each ballot would be great, but the Nation's People are so tuned into instant gratification that they put pressure on the news media to give us results that very night.............

Even if you used hand counting, it is up for grabs, as we witnessed the Florida count in 2000. The Republicans on the Supreme Court stopped the count, which authorities said later would have given Gore the win. Even though State law dictated the re-hand-count, the RWing Supreme Court intervened and stole the matter and successfully stopped the re-count, throwing the election to Bush......

The USSC had no legal standing whatsoever for their ruling, and absolutely no constitutional standing to intervene, but they got away with their scam legal opinion in order to corruptly steal the election and give Bush the win.........
