15. The ADP numbers are seasonally adjusted.

Private-sector employment decreased by -301,000 from December to January, on a seasonally adjusted basis.

Almost all, if not all of the economic reports posted here are seasonally adjusted. I can't think of an exception except year-over-year stuff.
