6. Are they gonna address the ridiculous rule

About their health n retirement benefits that the USPS has to pay in advance for all employees for at least 50 years in advance? Congress created this mess in 2006 n it applies to no other federal agency or even a private corporation. Any one know about this..am I mistaken?
