I'd like to relocate to the Pacific Northwest, and I am headed out tomorrow to look at real estate. I may just rent or if there is something I can purchase that better suits my needs, I might go in that direction.

I'm worried that there will be nothing on the market and that rents will be sky high. Looking north of Seattle. Any insights into that market?
