Ukraine claims 800 Russian casualties, 1 surrendered Russian platoon, in Day 1 of invasion

8. The Russians have already been in Kyiv, downtown Kyiv

to be exact. They hijacked a couple Ukrainian military vehicles, changed into Ukrainian army clothes and had a Russian convoy follow them to downtown Kyiv. They were "neutralized." More reports this morning are coming in from all over the country, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Kyiv of Ukrainian successes. People are underestimating the Ukrainians and not recognizing the Russian weaknesses. We'll see what happens but I know of a number of people who are surprised at Ukrainian resolve and success thus far.
