So he won't be going to prison as a result of this case. But he could be hit with a pretty high punitive damages award. The defendant's wealth and income are relevant in determining the amount of punitive damages, so she will get to find out what he is really worth. And if his actual assets are less than what he told banks to get loans, that could establish criminal liability (bank fraud). So he might get jail time as a result of info dug up by this case.
