That's it. Nobody should be locked up unless there is evidence of actual wrongdoing. And Thomas, though I loathe him, should not be otherwise penalized for his wife's activism.

Would we all like to be held account for the actions and beliefs of our spouses? We should not be pushing for consequences that we would not want Dems held to as well.
