In reply to the discussion: In fiery speech, Giuliani calls on Obama to resign, faults him for Libya [View all]erpowers
(9,445 posts)Considering 9/11 happened on both George W. Bush's and Rudy Guiliani's watch, Guiliani should not be calling on President Obama to resign. The 9/11 attacks were far more devastating than the Libya attacks. They were made made even worse by the fact that Guiliani would not listen to intelligence officials and did no give New York firefighters the equipment they needed.
First, Guiliani was warned not to put his command center in the World Trade Center in that it was a target for terrorist attack. If there was an actual terrorist attack at the World Trade Center he would have trouble conducting a response. Second, Guiliani did not give New York Firefighters the radioes they needed which caused them not to be able to communicate Ayer the attack. So, someone can ask the question why did Guiliani not resign and call for the resignation of George W. Bush.
As far as Mitt Romney's success at Bain Capital, how many job were created while Romney was at Bain Capital? After that, how many jobs were created while Romney was governor of Massachusetts?
Rudy Guiliani should not be calling for President Obamamto resign. I guess Guiliani's new mantra is if you cannot beat them call on them to resign.
