Nothing yet on AP, other major newswires. Andy Giegerich mistakenly calls it voter fraud and writes " state offered no further information on whether the violations were widespread." We should not assume this only impacts local races. Congressional candidate Kurt Schrader (D) is in a somewhat conservative district and has had close elections.
