I did a search on Google.

There is a Gallup pole that spoke with military members and only 29% or so are Democratic or consider themselves liberal or liberal leaning.

A search for a similar Gallop poll for cops was of little value. So I looked at police giving political contributions and I found this: "In 2016, there were about 7,000 contributions from police. In 2020, there were more than 46,000, totaling more than $2.75 million."

And the hugest majority I've ever seen went to GOPers. That was in WaPo.

So, it seems Cozmo and Evolve are pretty accurate on their assessment of political affiliations of the police and military . Law enforcement are for the most part GOPers.

I didn't do links cause this stuff is pretty easy to find.
