.... the punishment he deserved from the academy. Thinking about it logically, why would the academy give a more severe punishment to someone because he is black for assaulting another person who happens to be black?

SARCASTOGRAM:
All those racists who sit on the board at the Academy Awards must have been twisting themselves in knots trying to figure out a way to not only punish one black man, but two black men at the same time. Unfortunately Smith got the brunt of it when the academy Award racists finally concluded there was no way out of this conundrum. One of the black men, to their dismay, would not be punished.
