That was my first thought, that I hope the people of Wisconsin hear about this loud and clear, but

"A robust, consumer-friendly health exchange designed specifically for Wisconsin would greatly expand access to care to those who need it most, ..."

Those who need it most are probably already on board with the recall. If they'll be allowed to vote is another thing.
