Every office building I’ve ever worked at had these types of doors unless it was a monitored public entrance. Would not all schools have these types of doors just because of basic, common sense?

There is something NOT right about that door being unlocked. In the video of the shooter, he walks right up to the door like he KNOWS it is not locked.
