I guess bringing back 25% is good?
But just because the US gives out subsidies to rich corporations doesn't mean they attach any strings to that money. How many times have you heard that a corporation is going to build new factories and bring back jobs and then find out they brought only 200 jobs and cancel all the factory plans?
It's just another giveaway to the filthy rich to buy corporate votes and donations.
Yeah you can recycle chips and tech equipment. South Korea does it.
