Europe will stop importing Russian oil by ship no later than December 5 and Russian pipeline oil was only excluded from the sanctions because Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic are land locked and dependent on the Druzhba pipeline. Germany and Poland also receive oil by Druzbha, but plan to discontinue using it by year's end.

A Reuters article from last month mentions that Russian oil shipments to Europe in August was approximately 7.6 million tonnes and are expected to to fall to 1.2 million tonnes by 2023. There are 7.46 barrels in a tonne of oil, so that's a drop from approximately 1,900,000 barrels per day to 300,000 barrels per day.
