10. So, I'd have to go to the pharmacy 3-4X a month?

Even once a month is a real hassle.

Gasoline is at $6 a gallon and I am not driving very much.

More trips to the pharmacy and more work for the provider I go to.

It is unfair to target people with progressive diseases in this fashion. As I age, the pain is worsening. Many days I can barely get out of bed much less get dressed and drive to the pharmacy. People have not a clue what it is like to be totally disabled and sick. Right now I'm on another round of antibiotics. They are so busy drug testing me that they failed to culture the infections. Seems the infections do not respond to the antibiotics they've been prescribing buy worry not! I passed the drug test! Yippee!

It is also plain stupid and dangerous.

Some day every single person will encounter a problem called severe pain in their life time. Hopefully it will not become chronic as mine has been since 1985.

That is sad. I'd like them to go after the doctors who wrote the prescriptions. jimfields33 Nov 2022 #4
