Allegheny Garret Washington Frederick and a little of Montgomery. Parrot has been a Maryland delegate who a couple decades ago wrote an op ed proposing everyone who has AIDS be tattooed in order to receive medication. He also thinks men can rape their wives. It is such a relief Trone won.
