Twitter Blue shows up still as a choice in the Settings for my desktop account. But in fine print it says you can only purchase the verification mark if you are in the Twitter iOS app. So I looked at that, but Twitter Blue no longer is listed there.

Is he refunding the folks who went in for Twitter Blue?
