the Russian border, this violation of both Polish and Moldovan territory should be followed by an ultimatum that if it happens again, restrictions on Ukraine will be lifted. In fact, this would appear to be an attack on a NATO member, which could be use as a valid reason to start defending Ukraine with air cover. I wonder if this was intentional, or the result of Russia running out of smart missiles and resorting to unguided missiles of doubtful reliability and accuracy.
