not Garland. It was part of the Mueller probe that Barr effectively knee-capped.

The previous SDNY US Attorney under 45 was "removed" and that pretty much made a mess of the whole thing.

The mess was further complicated by Barr-appointed Special Prosecutor John Durham, who as of last month, lost the last of what became a 3rd case ending in acquittal, related to 45's faux outrage over "Russian collusion".

Ghouliani is under far worse legal jeopardy.
