Or are you saying this aspect was covered under a more general umbrella of the "Russia probe".?

When I read articles like this one,

And in the latest instance of “yeah we did it” from Team Trump, we have Giuliani telling New Yorker reporter Adam Entous that he totally worked behind the scenes to push outMarie Yovanovitch, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, as part of the campaign to get Ukraine to do Trump’s political bidding

It makes my blood boil to watch this brave intelligent woman Marie Yovanovitch be uncermoniously yanked from her job because she didn't go along with the scheme. And there be no consequences.

So I gather that no matter what or how Rudy went about this business, he did not technically violate the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act, for this to even be brought up as reasons for his disbarment.
