I would like to see a chart showing the number of provisional ballots cast over, say, the last 20 years and what the trend line looks like. In Arizona, for instance, there are over 172,000 provisional ballots not yet counted. That is a huge number of disenfranchised voters. I'm wondering if Arizona this year exceeded the national total from 20 years ago.

Obama's 73,858 vote margin amounts to 12.12 votes per precinct (6089 total precincts in Florida)
