whose gun (and what type of ammo) was used in the shooting. If the cops are trying to 'pull one over' here - it won't hold up for very long.

edit: weapon (and ammo) already recovered on scene. to go ahead and argue 'throw down' means that you believe one of the troopers first shot a fellow officer with an unregistered weapon, solely with the intent of 'framing' one of the activists being rousted from the site. that's some real overkill. and some real spin.
