The officer who was shot is with the Georgia State Patrol, which doesn't issue bodycams to the majority of its officers. That's pretty mindboggling, since in this day and age every patrol officer should be wearing one, IMO. Bodycams protect everyone, officers and the public alike.
No one in an official capacity has said there isn't bodycam footage, as far as I've seen, and officers from other agencies may have been on the scene and involved. There's a very good chance one or more of those officers was wearing a bodycam. I'm reserving judgment until the issue of bodycam footage is addressed directly.

You must not be from the area. Most "lily white suburbs" are highly integrated these days.
