and docs have been writing scrips for it for all their patients on opioids as a routine thing. So a lot of patients in pain have been labeled drug addicts by the fucking DEA.

I would love to see it OTC, a nasal spray, no questions asked on purchase. It would have been a nice thing to have on hand in some of the neighborhoods I lived in back east. Might have saved a few trips by the coroner's van.
