Jill Biden: It's time for men to step up for women's rights

As a lifelong Democrat, and more importantly, lifelong women’s advocate, I could not agree more with Dr. Jill Biden. I want my wife and daughter to have the same advantages that I have had throughout the years as a man. Also included in that thought is my granddaughter who is 15 and as time goes on I hope they don’t have to put up with all the bullshit that men foisted upon them over the years.

My wife is a retired high-level GM with a major corporation, and my daughter is a high-level GS employee with the US government. They have encountered the usual amount of lack of help from men along the way and dealt with all the abuse, not dissimilar from our famous Orange Nazi, but along the same lines of difficulty dealing with wildly insecure men. It needs to stop. Our biggest issue that we have to deal with as Democrats is the lack of help from the Republican side of the aisle. They want to take us back with that MAGA bullshit and hopefully as elections go forward we get a lot more voters on our side to stop these assholes.
