the only way a voter gets to vote is to be a registered voter ........
so not unless those "black votes" had same day voter registration
or were using the names of different voters they must be legit
voters ...... but to some GOP people ANY BLACK VOTER = voter
fraud

Others 22,547 3.2%

So 107,000 african americans snuck into small maine towns and voted illegally?
