14. They should have tossed it out and censored the Texas judge for his ridiculous ruling

If this is eventually banned by these cretinous judges, I fully expect California and other pro-choice states to ignore the ruling, and it will absolutely encourage civil disobedience, like was done with Civil Rights and other important rights
